It was really fun doing a gender reveal party. We had the ultra sound on Wednesday and had the tech put the results in an envelope. I then gave it to a friend of mine who works for Hy-Vee in the bakery department. She made the cake, dying it to match the gender. She alone knew the sex of the baby.
It was way more fun than I thought it would be to find out along with everyone else. I will for sure do something similar should I ever find myself in this situation again.
So glad Sadie Lady is getting a sister. And SO GLAD we don't have to argue over boy names anymore.
Here's to an quick 20 weeks and an uneventful labor and delivery. Can't wait to see her sweet face!!!

I'll bet that makes feeling like such crap a little more tolerable ;-)
Love to you and your family!
Yay for a sister for Sadie!!!!!!
That's an adorable idea! Congrats on another little girl! Brian and I haven't used any boy names yet and still can't agree on one! Glad you don't have to fight that battle!
Love the cake revealing party! Genius!...now however, I'm totally craving cake, but not just any cake, it has to be pink with buttercream icing.
Here's to hoping you have a smooth 20 weeks!
